This cigar cutter was designed by the German artist Ignatius Taschner ca. 1905.
You can put a cigar in the eye of the stork when the beak is opened. When you close the beak it will cut the cigar. The cigar tip will fall into the bin in which the stork is standing.
The stork is made of shiny brass and the bin is made of red copper.
This cigar cutter is still in very good original condition.
There is a mark that shows a bird in a triangle and written “Eingtr. Schutz. M.” used by Ignatius Taschner.
Our goal is to provide you with original vintage design.
