Ebanil KD 27 Table Lamp by Joe Colombo

The table lamp KD 27 is designed by Joe Colombo for Kartell in 1964. This lamp is a rare example because it is an early production, handmade in black ebanil plastic.
Before the KD 27 lamp was produced in a large edition in ABS plastic, it was handmade in black or white ebanil plastic. This kind of plastic is easy to bend and cut, but not so strong as ABS plastic.
This lamp is in good authentic condition, it is a rare piece, a hard to find collector’s item.
