The Genni lounge chair was designed in 1935 by Gabriele Mucchi. Around the 1980s re-editions of the design were manufactured after including the chair in the Italian manufacturer Zanotta catalogue in 1982.
This edition is made of bended steel tubes that were painted in white, with a very softly present pink hue appearing in the framing.
The seat of the lounge is adjustable in two positions. The chair comes with a matching ottoman stool. Both cushions are finished with a grey leather, strapped to the tubular frame.
The chair and stool are in good vintage condition, with both the frame and leather showing some signs of wear, consistent with age and use. Originally the lounge chair comes with a headrest cushion, which is unfortunately missing from this set. The price considers this.
The lounge measures 110 D x 58 W x 82 H with a seating height of 30-37 cm.
The ottoman measures 54,5 D x 45 W x 37 H.
