Beautiful Antonio Lampecco Vase for L’Abbaye de Maredsous

This vase was made by Belgian ceramist Antonio Lampecco for L’Abbaye de Maredsous.

Born in Italy in 1932, Lampecco moved to Belgium with his family at a young age. He opened his own studio in 1956 and exhibited his work at the World Expo in Brussels in 1958. His work soon gained international recognition and can be found in several museums.

The shape and beautiful glaze make this vase a true work of art. It is in good condition and would make a lovely addition to any ceramics collection or interior.

There is a small scratch you can see in the pictures.
